Do you charge a Delivery fee?
No. We deliver free of charge across India.

 

What about extra charges and taxes? 
Our prices are all inclusive.

 

What happens if I receive damaged or incorrect items?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at customersupport@irshya.com and we will get back to you in 24 hours. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Can I exchange my order? 
Since our items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges.

 

What is made to order clothing? 
Made to order means we start preparing you outfit once we have received your order. This ensures that we only make items that are wanted, and prevent a ton of waste. We believe that fashion that is thoughtful is the only kind that is sustainable. 

 

How long do you take to ship products once I place an order?
Once we receive your order confirmation, it takes between 7-15 days for us to prepare and ship your order.

 

How long will it take for my clothes to be delivered? 
It usually takes between 3-5 days to deliver our products to most parts of India.

 

Do you only deliver in India?
Yes. Currently we only deliver in India.
